A new state-of-the-art complex

It is in Niederbipp, ideally located in the heart of the Swiss plateau, that a new industrial complex house the WashTec AG company since the end of 2022, which process your mops and a branch of Cleantex Services SA, exclusively dedicated to washing and decontamination of clothing in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.

The modern design of the building incorporate many aspects that respect the environment, such as the use of rainwater, the production of approximately 150,000 KW of energy per year thanks to photovoltaic panels, the recycling of waste water, which be also treated upstream of the treatment plant.

The choice of machines, all powered by steam, was made to ensure the lowest water and energy consumption, in particular a laundry weighing system for washing and measuring the temperature during cycle for drying optimization.

The heat from the waste water is also recovered to preheat the washing water and the air in the dryers.
